Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver to most of metropolitan Adelaide (some southern suburbs excluded). We can travel out of Adelaide depending on the date.
Can I pick up?
Yes! Pick-up is from Fairview Park. If you are picking up multiple jumbo-sized balloons please ensure you have a large vehicle to collect these with no child seats, boxes, tools etc in the car.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the date then the remaining balance is due 6 days before pickup/delivery.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date! We do book out most weekends so we suggest to book as far in advance as you can. Even if you don’t know the colours you want to use – you can still secure the date with a deposit.
What type of balloons do you use?
We only use the very best quality balloons to ensure they last as long as possible. Our latex balloons are made from Natural Rubber Latex (NRL) & are not plastic.
How long will the balloons last?
Our latex balloons are coated with a gel to extend the float time significantly & they should last at least a few days depending on the conditions. Balloon garlands will last anywhere from 1 day to 2 months depending on the conditions. Balloons do not perform well in the heat & we always suggest to keep your balloons out of direct sunlight to be safe. Once your balloons have been collected or delivered we take no responsibility for them.
Do you return to take the balloons down?
Once the event has ended, it is the clients responsibility to take down the balloons. If you need us to return to take down/dispose of the balloons please include this in your inquiry.
Do you have a minimum order?
Pickups – There is no minimum order.
Deliveries – $130 minimum + the delivery fee
Balloon garland – 2m minimum
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits made to secure dates are non-refundable however they can be transferred to a new date if we have not begun inflating your balloons. If your balloons have been inflated then we cannot cancel/reschedule the order.
